During the recent meeting conducted via zoom, the PENNCREST School Board made several decisions that affect Saegertown Jr. Sr. High School. They are as follows:

Alumni Grace Triola and Eli Draa have both been approved to work with the students during the 2020-2021 school year. Triola has been appointed as a new basketball cheerleading advisor, and Draa will volunteer with the boys basketball program.

The wrestling team has been granted permission to travel to two tournaments. They will be heading to Central Mountain High School on December 17, and to the Monroeville Convention Center on December 28-29.

The SHS junior high student council has been dissolved as a club. According to former adviser Kara Bridger, this group has been absorbed into the senior high student council and will continue to work on combined projects to benefit all students.
