Ms. Kerry Reagle

After four years of teaching-learning support at SHS, Ms. Kerry Reagle is relocating to teach as Parma City School District’s interventionist specialist. Nine out of her 21 years of teaching have been at PENNCREST. Her last official day is Friday, January 21.

Ms. Reagle graduated from Saegertown in 1988 and after attending college, she knew that she had to come back and teach here. “The absolute best part was the students,” said Reagle. “I hope I made a positive impact on them and taught them as much as they taught me.”

One of Reagle’s favorite memories from SHS was watching her son Jaden Reagle and his friends perform in the lip-sync battles and having students of all kinds visit her classroom, even if they didn’t need academic help.

I taught students who had learning needs,” said Reagle. “My job was making sure students had the support they needed in order to be and feel successful.”

Ms. Reagle had a positive impact on those in and out of her classroom and cared about all of them, even if they weren’t “officially” hers.

She noted that the incredible students and amazing faculty members are those she will miss the most, but she is super excited to start a new chapter of her life.

“We’re sad to see her go, and we’ll certainly miss her fun and outgoing personality,” Assistant Principal Phil Young said. “She was an excellent asset to our faculty. We wish her the best of luck in all her future endeavors!”

Her last encouraging message to everyone at Saegertown is, “Just remember: if you can dream it, you can achieve it!! Love Ms. Reagle.”
