This is the official website of The Panther Press, Saegertown High School’s award-winning student newspaper. This year marks Volume 17, and the staff is under the direction of senior editor-in-chief Brennen McWright and managing editor Arion Knott. Web site editors are Jace Digiacomo and Celeste Eback.
We are a small, rural school in Northwestern Pennsylvania, about 30 miles south of Erie, Pa. that includes grades 7-12. Saegertown is part of the PENNCREST School District. We are a single A school and graduate about 80 students per year. We belong to PSPA (Pa. School Press Association) and JEA (Journalism Education Association).
